Kristine Tumanyan (1992, Armenia)

Born in Gyumri (Գյումրի), raised in Sochi, based in Heerlen.

In her work, Kristine Tumanyan seeks the balance between powerful expression and precise control. Fragile lines and broad brushstrokes together form an intense and organic visual language.

By following her intuition and placing freedom at the centre, the act of drawing itself becomes a meditative process an invitation to be fully present in the moment.
